Client Description:

Our client is a leading luxury lifestyle retailer, to cope with their fast expansion, they are currently seeking a Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to General Manager and leading marketing team, provide strategic and tactical support to the market and establish brand image
• Provide the local management team with the necessary coaching, guidance on implementing global/regional strategies in Marketing, PR and Events
• Leverage all corporate tools and research at the regional/local level to translate all consumer insights into strategy and competitive advantages
• Manage all Media, PR and Events related activities in the /market in keeping with International guidelines
• Contribute towards defining and guiding the market on their Operating Plan and Budgets from a Marketing perspective to achieve specific business goals
• Contribute towards and support the roll out of corporate/regional initiatives/projects
• Propose and manage all digital initiatives (including web-related, social media and online) appropriate for increasing brand awareness and sales.

Requirements:

• University Degree, MBA with a specialization in Marketing or Communication would be an advantage
• Minimum of 8 years of experience gained from luxury / premium retail brands would be an advantage
• Solid experience in Consumer Research, Insights, Brand Management and Consumer Communication, Direct Marketing CRM will be desirable
• Equipped with Leadership skills / Influencing skills / Creativity / Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent command of Chinese and English
