Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Dongguan factory operation and formulate overall business plan and direction, and management strategies
• Identify, implement and monitor short and long term strategic & production plans
• Monitor production plan, productivity, quality and on time delivery
• Monitor the systems and procedures for efficient and effective cost and quality control
• Formulate and implement policies and procedures for continuous improvement of factory efficiency and effectiveness in each stage of the production
• Liaise with various departments to meet the company's goal and targets
• All round management of the Dongguan factory including but not limited to engineering, purchasing, quality, production management, leading, coaching and training various department head
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignment whenever necessary

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Manufacturing Management or equivalent
• At least 8 years’ experience in garment manufacturing in China
• Good Knowledgeable in machineries
• Good understanding of government requirements
• Strong leadership skills, self-motivated and able to build a disciplined production team with good morale.
• Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
