Key Responsibilities:

• Support with the integration and maintenance of online merchants

• Provide support in online process improvement in order to increase efficiencies

• Support the marketing team to develop online promotions and campaigns in the digital space

• Support the account management of some affiliate networks

• Provide daily customer service to online sales enquiries from our member services in the Asia-Pacific Region

Requirments:

• Basic knowledge of marketing, communications, information technology or related discipline
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge of working with communication channels (Facebook, Twitter, Newsletters and website content)
• You love to think “out of the box” and be creative
• Organized with good prioritize skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce and performance marketing
