Responsibilities

• Handle patient billing issues and ensure accuracy of all chargeable items when issuing invoice
• Arrange direct billing and settlement with insurance companies
• Support hospital operation and perform shift duties from 8am to 9pm
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Form 5 graduate or above, experience in billing with healthcare industry is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Pleasant personality, proactive, responsible, independent, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and perform multi-task
• Immediate available is preferred

Required to work 44 hours per week , perform shift duties on weekdays , Saturday, Sunday and public holiday
