The Job:

• Responsible for managing, coordinating and monitoring the overall service operation in Senior Citizen Residences Scheme.
• Lead different teams to provide professional services to tenants, residents and service users.
• Make timely referrals to service providers in the community for early treatment and closely liaise with government / NGOs / Hospitals for necessary follow up.
• Conduct budget control, financial analysis and annual budget for the project of Senior Citizen Residences Scheme.
• Organize and conduct business and marketing promotion in order to achieve management goals and business strategies.
• Contribute to the planning and development of elderly services.

The Person:

• Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Counseling, Property Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in elderly services organization including 3 years at management position. Working experience in elderly or mental health services is preferable.
• Good connection with various service providers and stakeholders in elderly/mental health services.
• Well understanding of public affairs and community relations matters with good sensitivity to external political, social and economic environment.
• Self-motivated, strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
