This multinational Printing and Marketing solutions provider has a well-developed procurement team with different Categories. To maintain a first-class service to their clients, they are looking for a strong Sourcing profile, eager to take a career progression as a Sourcing Manager.

As a Sourcing Manager you will act as an individual contributor in the execution of the POSM category, mainly in display and 3D printing items. You will be responsible for maximizing cost savings from using strategic costing and benchmarking analysis to deliver value to business units, at the same time aligning the group's global policies and standards. In addition, you will build partnerships with internal stakeholder, manage the suppliers to drive long-term relationships, innovation and continuous improvement of internal processes.

To be qualified for this opportunity, you need to have the following competencies and experience:

• Degree holder, with knowledge of Procurement or Supply Chain
• 5 - 8 years' experience in Procurement/Sourcing
• Solid knowledge on POSM/Store Development Sourcing
• Experience in International Buying Office or Trading Company is an advantage
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies
• Creative and strong business sense and ability to influence
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Recognise problems and react quickly and effectively to resolve them
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
