Role and Responsibilities:

• Support sales for preparing the quotation and answer client’s enquiries
• Follow up on daily shipments and work independently
• Cooperative to manager’s instruction
• Good communication skill in servicing clients and overseas offices
• Provide excellent customer services to our valued customers and offices both locally and globally via multiple communication channels
• Ensure the solutions meet customer and business needs in accordance with CSOP

Education, Experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

• Diploma or above or equivalent
• Min. 3 years working experience in freight forwarding of global accounts is preferable but not essential
• Good in English & Mandarin
• Aggressive & hard working
