RESPONSOBILITIES

l Schedule and Assign employees

l Coach, train, counsel and discipline employees

l Plan and ensure the availability of merchandise

l Maintain inventory

l Handle customers’ request and complaints

l Boost employees’ morale, sales, and productivity

l Assist and ensure daily operations run smoothly

l Handle ad-hoc duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

l Minimum 1 year experience as retail management or in other managerial      position

l Encouraging, responsible, and interdependent

l Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills

l Familiarity with retail management software and data analysis principles

l Degree holder in business administration is desirable
