Working Hours    Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00
Saturday 09:00 – 18:00 (Alternative Week)

Key Activities:

• Support daily documentation & reporting for shipment related matters
• Support quality control for network & daily operation prospective
• Support maintaining daily shipment record   
• Support routine invoice verification   
• Support First Choice & any process improvement initiative
• Perform ad hoc assignments if required
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Proficient in PC applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work overtime if it is required
• Knowledge of postal and courier information is an advantage
