Job Description  

• Perform customer service duties including system operations, goods receiving and documentation 
• Be responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily operations of the Customer Service Team including handling internal and external customer enquiries and complaints
• Provide on-going service training to Customer Service Team so as to enhance skill set and product knowledge
• Effectively communicate delivery schedules and schedule changes to customers/sales
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner 
• Maintaining a positive relationship with existing clients by providing quality service to customer  

Job Requirement  

• Minimum of 5 years or above working experience.
• Experience of the printing, coating and / or textile industry an advantage, but not imperative.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication, supervisory and client servicing skills
• Well-organized, detailed mind and able to handle multi-tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability would be preferred.
