Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service to clients for Logistics solution
• Handle customer and vendors enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence.  
• Follow up overseas agents’ sales & routing order and reports
• Co-ordinate with Operation Team, Clients and oversea offices
• Participate in ad-hoc projects are assigned

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with minimum 2 years Logistics experience is preferable.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (especially in PowerPoint)
• Proactive with good communication, strong sense of responsibility, and good interpersonal skills
