Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to clients for Logistics solution
- Handle customer and vendors enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence.
- Follow up overseas agents’ sales & routing order and reports
- Co-ordinate with Operation Team, Clients and oversea offices
- Participate in ad-hoc projects are assigned
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above with minimum 2 years Logistics experience is preferable.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in PowerPoint)
- Proactive with good communication, strong sense of responsibility, and good interpersonal skills
