Location : Lam Tin ( near Lam Tin MTR station-3 minutes distance)

Job Duties :

• Assist the Senior Operations Manager in the execution of daily operational activities covering order booking, planning, scheduling, rostering and safety management so as to provide a safe, reliable and accessible transport service for people with disabilities.
• Liaise with external parties on matters affecting the safe operation of services, including street facilities
• Monitor the performance of the frontline operations team and conduct investigations on non-compliant performance and handle customer complaints
• Monitor and review the adequacy and effectiveness of in-house rules, procedures and control measures related to safety and quality.
• Handle traffic accident investigation and follow up with insurer and third party on claims matters.
• Assist management in ad hoc assignments and policy implementation 

Requirements :

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in supervisory level in transport industry (related experience in customer service will be an advantage)
• Self-motivated, strong organizational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and creative thinking  
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua will be an advantage)
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
