Duties & Requirements:
- Form 5 graduated
- 5 years experience or above in Air Freight Customer Service
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
- Independent, hardworking & customer-oriented
- Provide professional service to client, order to follow up, coordination between client, overseas & internal department
- Willing to work under pressure
- Experience in USA & Europe field is preferable
