Responsibilities

• Materials & suppliers code maintenance
• Purchase ordering including intercompany transfer
• Coordinate with logistic and warehouse team on shipment pickup
• Monitor inventory, review PO backlog and stocks return to suppliers
• Price protection and various claim submission
• Special pricing (Ship & Debit, Quote) application and follow-up
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) application and follow-up
• Rebate & GP estimation and follow-up
• Coordinate with sales and finance team for month end accruals
• Handle internal and external reports
• Participate any Ad hoc projects

 Requirements

• Secondary graduate or above
• 1 year relevant working experience
• Good computer skill including Chinese & English input, MS Applications e.g. Word, Excel
• Self-motivated person with good communication of Putonghua is a must
• Willing to learn and fast learner
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
