Job Duties:

• Oversee the accounting teams in Hong Kong and China to ensure accurate and timely financial statements & reports;
• Responsible for periodic consolidated financial statements, forecast, management reports and analysis;
• Responsible for statutory audit and tax returns;
• Participate in ad-hoc issues and projects.
• Liaise with external parties including auditors and bankers
• Review and develop company’s policies and procedures to meet operational needs.
• Propose, implement and monitor cost saving measures.
• Experience on Internal audit is an advantage

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance or Accounting;
• HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent;
• At least 10 years solid experience in accounting and/or auditing of which minimum 5 years in supervision position.   
• Experience in China accounting and taxation is an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal skill and strong analytical mind;
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
• Good knowledge in factory costing / ERP system 
• Frequent travel to in Shenzhen office and factory in Dongguan is required
