Management Trainee

Job Description

• Work with sales team on marketing activities and coordinate with external parties on promotion campaigns, e.g. advertising, exhibition, etc
• Provide professional financial service to our clients as a financial advisor in various aspects:financial planning; asset management; securities trading; MPF consultancy; corporate solutions; investment immigration consultancy and loan service

•  Develop new market and explore new business with quality business profile
•  Involve on-job training program on different aspects, including sales and marketing skills, such as performing consultative needs analysis to potential clients; communication skills; leadership and coaching skills.
•  Develop business and establish long-term relationships through outstanding personalized services.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
• Possess team orientation and leadership
