Responsibilities:

• Formulate and drive implementation of various strategic initiatives across the Group, including business development; profit enhancement as well as sophisticated financial control, compliance and risk management initiatives
• Treasury management and cash flow planning
• Budgeting & Forecasting control & management 
• Key investment and business case evaluation 
• M&A and partnership structuring and evaluation
• Project financial planning, financial management & financial modelling 
• In-depth analysis on operating performance of each subsidiaries to identify opportunities to further enhance profitability & efficiency
• Investor relations management

Qualifications Required:

• Over 10 years' solid experience preferably from well-established manufacturing companies, ideally also with experience in retail/O2O and property.
• Qualified accountant 
• Bachelor's Degree or above; MBA an advantage
• Familiar with China market and operations in addition to experience in managing a portfolio of subsidiaries in multiple countries
• Experience in ERP implementation and ongoing enhancement

• Commercial-driven with strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, influencing skills and ability to drive change
• Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (for both Cantonese and Putonghua)
