Job Responsibilities

• Focus in working with business partners with Asian & Europe market 
• Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
• Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.
• Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions
• Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
• Secures financial information by completing data base backups
• Update customer information by communicating with Factor Agency.
• Cooperating with different department in collecting debts and make decisions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

• University graduates in accounting or finance preferred 
• Preferred previous A/R working experience, have knowledge of Credit Management and Factoring is an advantage.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, European language(s)is a plus
• Proficiency in PC skills
• Experience in SAP, ORACLE or RLM 
• FRESH GRADUATES with great attitude and eagerness to learn will also be considered.
