Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full cycle of end-to-end recruitment on recruitment cycle
• Identify and develop business opportunities with potential clients through cold calling and client meetings
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment service to the clients from understanding client’s requirements, to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, to presentation to client and job offer negotiation
• Organize interviews and coach candidates on interview skills
• Identify and approach suitable candidates for vacancies in hand
• Prepare and present candidate resume’s in a professional manner

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any disciplines with working experience in recruitment
• Experience in recruitment industry is a plus but not required
• Knowledge in HR recruitment is a plus
• Strong interest in meeting, engaging and managing people from different backgrounds
• Ability to utilize different social media to generate connections
• Strong social networking skills, experience in building rapport and long term relationships
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-disciplined, detail-minded, hardworking, pro-active, willing and able to work independently
