Job Description

Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulation.
  • Minimum 7 years or above experience in HR & office administration with good exposure in office administration, automation and safety, renovation and relocation
  • Willing to work beyond office hours and on holidays to supervise renovation projects, office cleaning & maintenance, etc.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, effective communications skills in interacting with people at all levels
  • Self-motivated, good team player, attentive to details and good organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in handling all-round Human Resources functions including but not limited to payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment, leave administration, taxation and retirement schemes administration, staff activities and training.
  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative support, includes but not limited to reception,  procurement of office supplies, office equipment & facilities maintenance, security, regular housekeeping, attendance and access cards system, warehouse management, company car fleet management, fixed asset management, insurance & license renewal, update records and filing, etc.
  • Assist in office relocation and renovation project, monitor and follow up defects and reinstatement.
  • Maintain the tidiness and keep stock of pantry supplies.
  • Liaise with IT service provider to maintain system & server support.
  • Purchase office plants regularly and responsible for festival decorations.
  • Supervise the daily operations of Office Assistant & Property Administration Officer.
  • Prepare and consolidate reports.
  • Assistant the General Manager on researches and prepare summary tables.
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments, when required.
