Job Description
Responsibilities:
To provide general office administrative support
To perform all receptionist functions
To arrange and handle all local and express courier or mailing
To arrange office equipment maintenance and contracts
To do part of accounting and secretary work
Any other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
Graduate / diploma with 1 year administrative experience
Strong interpersonal skills with good telephone manner
Pleasant personality, detail minded, organized, responsible and efficient
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Office
Good communication skill and able to work independently
Immediate available is highly preferred
