The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the projects from inception to handover for developments in Hong Kong.


Requirements:

• Qualified Architect  
• Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in property development /project management
• Hands-on experience in HK property development is a must
• Sound knowledge in Building Ordinances
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and PowerPoint
• Independent, result-oriented  and self-motivated
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
