Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible from the concept sketching, prototypes to finish products
• Design collectible products based on briefings from CEO / Product Manager
• Work closely with the in-house Designer and the Product Development team in the entire product development cycle from selection of design to completion of production
• Responsible to implement and enforce the corporate design on all company own products and packaging, communication mediums and company presentations

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Graphic / Product Design
• 3-5 years or above relevant working experience in collectible product industry
• Outstanding talents and performances in the Collectible Product Design
• Skill of sculpting prototype / mock up making, presentation and packaging concept
• Creative thinking with analytical and open mind
• Experience in materials and manufacturing process
• Highly creative and proactive in managing changes and willing to take challenges
• Proficient in design software including 3D software like Zbrush, Maya, Freeform, Solidworks, Pro-E, Photoshop / Illustrator etc.
• Capable to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Self motivated, independent, good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Passionate in design and interested in NBA Basketball and Movie action figure collectible Product
• Occasional travels to China is required
• Excellent organizational, time management and presentation skills, detail orientated
• Good in hand sketching skills
• Immediate available is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including conversational Mandarin
