Responsibilities

• Presales support
• Provide support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving computers, applications and network problems
• Provide hotline support
• Performs software installation and troubleshooting
• Installation of various hardware products in the end-users laptop/ desktop

Requirements

• Diploma in computer science, information technology or equivalent
• Fresh graduate will be considered
