Job Description
THE POSITION
We require a specialist in the support of world-class application software for large global corporations and brands. We expect you to be well-conversed in customer relationship handling or customer servicing with significant I.T. knowledge to support the use of business application software. You will start by familiarizing with our products, business knowledge in the HR industries, as well as the management skills to drive a support team with our business partners covering Microsoft, Oracle, IBM etc.You will be given the opportunity to travel in Asia Pacific area as well as Greater China to carry out implementations and/or channel servicing. Your career path may allow you to supervise and manage a team of regional or channel support specialists.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- interests in supporting corporate customers in business IT solutions
- pleasant, sociable with good communication skills
- knowledge on Microsoft platform including Windows, WIndowsServers, SQLServers
- fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- creative and initiative personality
- ability to work on your own
- good writing skill in English and Chinese
- willing to travel to Asia Pacific region
- knowledge in HR industry a definite advantage
THE DUTIES
You will be trained on our product features and customer relation culture to become specialized in the service of our software products. Your duties during the training will cover:
- user consultation and training
- corporate HR and national regulatory requirements analysis
- manage application system installation, test case building, and system validation
- preparation and review of support materials and documentations
- manage hotline services
