Cornerstone is working with a global insurance firm undergoing a major digital transformation. We are running a search for experienced Project Managers/Change Managers to lead Delivery and Change Management initiatives for a vast portfolio of Digital Projects.

You’ll lead a cross functional team to tackle project planning and end to end project delivery, of Digital projects (focused on Web, Mobile, eCommerce and other Digital Channels) across Asia Pacific.

This organization runs their development and project delivery according to the Agile methodology.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Over 10 years’ experience (minimum 3 years in an Agile environment) in delivering technology projects in a regional capacity, ideally with global stakeholders
• Ability to communicate across business and technology, from senior level business stakeholders to digital product owners to UX/UI designers to technical solution architects & software engineers
• Strong communication in both written & spoken English.
• Comfortable in managing against agreed timelines and budgets while facilitating an Agile delivery model.  Strong negotiation & influencing skills
• Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency in promoting delivery of business value
• Knowledge of Agile development practices such as TDD, Continuous Integration / Delivery, Automated Testing
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Certified in PMP and Agile is preferred
