Job Description:

• Work with teammate to achieve company sales target
• Liaise with customers for policy renewal and services
• Provide efficient and effective general clerical and administrative support to the team
• Communicate with both internal and external parties including clients.
• Ensure information and application documents are in order
• Maintain good record keeping of each application
• Handle office operation and maintenance duties including invoice, commission report and monthly sales report 
• Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures

Job Requirement:

• DSE raduates or above, professional insurance qualification or having passed IIQE Paper I & II, is preferred
• At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the banking / insurance broking industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Responsible, well organized and attention to details, able to adapt to changes and work under pressure
• Immediately available or short notice are preferable
