In the role of Sales Associate, you will represent our brand with a professional, authentic and

positive approach with enthusiasm for our products and our mission  You will provide an distinct

experience at all times whilst nurturing a long term loyal relationship with our shoppers.

Your role as a Sales Associate is not limited to assisting customers.  You will also be required to

help maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management and

replenishment.

Qualifications

● Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service

● Perceptive of customer needs

● Passionate and knowledgeable about the brand and bespoke tailoring

● Dedicated and motivated to achieving both individual and store targets

● Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English

● Ability to work in a multicultural context

● Self­ development attitude

● Sense of ownership

● Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays, and holiday season
