Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full cycle of end-to-end recruitment on recruitment cycle
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment service to the clients from understanding client’s requirements, to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, to presentation to client and job offer negotiation
• Conduct first-level candidate search and selection activities to execute job orders in Hong Kong. Activities include job and organisation analysis, database search, media, social networking site coverage, phone/face-to-face interview, proposal write-up, offer closing, etc.
• Organize interviews and coach candidates on interview skills
• Identify and approach suitable candidates for vacancies in hand
• Prepare and present candidate resume’s in a professional manner

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any disciplines
• Strong interest in meeting, engaging and managing people from different backgrounds
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Recruitment researchers or sales/marketing talents (insurance, HR, tele-sales or other related fields) with 1-2 years of total working experience and university degrees
• 1-3 years experience in customer service, call center, property sales is advantageous 
• Fresh university graduates will also be considered
• Confidence to work in a flexible and results-driven business environment
• Self-disciplined, detail-minded, hardworking, pro-active, willing and able to work independently
