- Handle Air and Ocean booking
- Participate in customer QBR
- On time billing and operation
- Keep Import Control Tower in Europe and customer fully updated
- Manage and work with customer HQ in Asia and Europe and all vendors across South China
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above, with minimum 3 years’ working experience in Air Freight Forwarding Industry
- Relevant work experience in key account customer service would be an advantage
- Self-motivated, reliable, organized confidence and hardworking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to details
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and good Excel command
