Thicas Interiors - An interior decoration solution provider is seeking a proven Sales Manager to join the team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will come from an architectural, furniture or design background in sales and have a passion for interior furnishings.

Job Description

• Set and monitor sales targets and results;
• Plan & manage to achieve personal sales targets 
• Making every effort to maximize both present and long term sales and gross profits.
• Report for sales results / productivity over weekly Sales Meetings.
• Effectively communicate the value proposals with different presentations.
• Establishing Relationships and Generating Sales
• Identify business opportunities, promote and sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• Close deals by inspiring potential clients with high-quality service and products, exuding honesty and trustworthiness, and thorough and speedy follow-up.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 5-7 years of intensive direct sales and sales management experience
• Good communication skills, mature and able to manage multiple tasks
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;
• Experience in interior decoration is a plus
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
• Experience in marketing and sales strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Cantonese & mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM or familiar with the workings of one.
• Excellent presentation skills.
