We are rapidly expanding and looking for candidate in the Sales Admin Team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase order and monitor order process (e.g. collect quotes, order confirmation, check invoice’s accuracy, update inventory record etc.) ;
• Handle queries related to order status and logistics arrangement as raised from internal parties and customers to ensure smooth operation flow ;
• Provide administrative support and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Tertiary education or above
• 1 year working experience in sales administration / logistics field, fresh graduates are welcomed;
• Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
• Attention to details with good organization and interpersonal skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferable
• Location: Quarry Bay
