Job Responsibilities:

1. Full Process of Sales order and Purchase order management from end to end
2. Order follow up and work closely with inbound and outbound warehouse team for delivery arrangement
3. Communicate with internal/ external customers on inbound/ outbound issues
4. Report and KPI monitoring of daily and monthly operation
5. Fulfillment on the Trade compliance requirement
6. Support on Month-end/ Quarter end/ New product launch in different regions
7. Attend the Business Review meeting on Quarterly basis
8. Ad hoc project as per request

Job Requirements:

1.  4-5 years relevant experience
2.  Higher Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline
3.  Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
4.  Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
5.  Customer Oriented, Good communication and interpersonal skills
