Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting and administration duties, including sales invoice generation, voucher preparation, data entries and filing.
• Process and record AP and expense reimbursement transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Things you should bring along / Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma in Accounting or holder of LCCI third level or above with 1-3 year working experience.
• A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of application software such as Microsoft Excel and Sun Accounts
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
• Strong attentiveness to details.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
