Our client is a large local large retailer and is presently in search of candidate for the following position:

Assistant Human Resources Manager-Recruitment


Responsibilities:

- Responsible in supporting  the management of recruitment function 

- To report to the HR Manager in provide services to internal business partners

- Supporting in relations to end to recruitment process so as to help achieve recruitment function effectiveness

- Liaise with internal and external business partner with good communication and interpersonal skills

- Have experience in handling mass recruitment and recruitment talks

- Have exposure in recruiting front line and back end supporting members

Requirements:

- At least 5 years' experience in human resources

- 3 or more years of internal recruitment experience with FMCG or retailing industry preferable

- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese with Mandarin 

- Outstanding person skills and with excellent exposure in recruitment process 

- Good people management skills with positive attitude

-  Immediate available will be a plus.
