Responsibilities:

• To provide a professional customer service to our premium customer;
• To handle customer enquiries and resolve customer disputes or complaint cases;
• To summarize, analyze and identify issues from customer cases;
• To provide administrative and ad hoc support when required.

Requirements 

• High School Certificate holder or above;
• Cantonese communication skills would be essential;
• Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill;
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Agent licensing (IIQE Paper 1&3) requirement is an advantage.
