• Assist the Manager with the daily operations of the Pool Services Team. Enforce health, hygiene and safety regulations and ensure every guest’s experience is memorable by leading Team Members to exceed their expectations.
• Assist and support the Manager with the daily operations of the Pool Services Department
• Open and close pool and ensure completion of the pool checklist
• Manage the pool counter, changing room and pool bar when required
• Ensure Team Members deliver Wynn Palace’s high standards of quality, service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor adherence to policies and procedures
• Monitor quality control mechanisms for Pool Services, including guest service standards, staff grooming, pool cleaning, maintenance and presentation, ambience, and health, hygiene and safety
• Comply with preventative maintenance systems for the pool and safety equipment
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a five-star hotel with F&B knowledge, with Spa/Fitness knowledge is preferred
• Valid first aid, CPR and Lifeguard license an advantage
• Good English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin
• Stationed in Macau
