Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develops, maintains, tests, implements and documents programs according to program specifications
Provides post-implementation support for system including analysis of production problem
Determine, analyzes, and transforms business requirements to produce design specifications at the system and programming levels

Job Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in application development, preferably from insurance, pension or finance industry
Experience in using the Customer Communication Management Solution such as GMC and xPression for document outputs
3-4 years of application development experience using JAVA technologies - JAVA, JDBC, J2EE frameworks, Weblogic or equivalent application server, Eclipse IDE, and UNIX environments
Web User Interface development experience (HTML, JSP, AJAX, JSON, JavaScript, web services, XML).
Solid knowledge and understanding of development services, methodologies and practices
Good communication skill, customer and results focused
