Job Description
Our company is seeking for IT professionals to provide IT support services to our customers via our service hotline.
In this position you will gain experience in a large variety of server applications and such as Linux, Windows Server 2008/2012, Web server (apache/IIS), Email server (Qmail/Postfix), Database Server (Mysql, MSSQL), Exchange Server. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone-in and email support enquiries in using our services
- Troubleshooting on user usage, network, and system issues
- Server Set up and maintenance
- To carry out routine system and network maintenance tasks
- Writing user manuals in using our service
- To coordinate with vendors, internal/external parties and service partners for fault isolation and service restoration
Job Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Computer / Information Technology or related disciplines
- Knowledge of common Internet Services such as Email, Web and FTP
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in written English and Chinese
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
- Experience in helpdesk support is an advantage
- Service-oriented and hard-working
- Good team spirit
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
