Our company is seeking for IT professionals to provide IT support services to our customers via our service hotline.

In this position you will gain experience in a large variety of server applications and such as Linux, Windows Server 2008/2012, Web server (apache/IIS), Email server (Qmail/Postfix), Database Server (Mysql, MSSQL), Exchange Server. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

•  Handle phone-in and email support enquiries in using our services
•  Troubleshooting on user usage, network, and system issues
•  Server Set up and maintenance
•  To carry out routine system and network maintenance tasks
•  Writing user manuals in using our service
•  To coordinate with vendors, internal/external parties and service partners for fault isolation  and service restoration

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Computer / Information Technology or related disciplines
• Knowledge of common Internet Services such as Email, Web and FTP
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written English and Chinese
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
• Experience in helpdesk support is an advantage 
• Service-oriented and hard-working
• Good team spirit
• Good problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
