Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, service requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner to retain existing customers
• Develop and maintain harmonious working relationship with back-office and sales department to ensure a continuing effective workflow
• Develop, extend and maintain good relations with internal and external contacts to ensure positive corporate image
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist RO with daily work
• Ensure client’s documents are updated, reviewed, documented and complied with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Business, Marketing, or other related discipline
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Good organization and serving skills and attention to detail
• Independent and self-motivated, ability to work effectively under pressure and be a team player.
• Less experienced or Fresh Graduate will be considered as Customer Relations Assistant
