RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, manage and implement brand strategies, brand planning and overall communications plan
• Leverage knowledge of business, category and brand marketing strategy into accountable marketing strategies and plans to deliver against the company’s business objectives
• Execute specific marketing plans in collaboration with a variety of functional areas such as RA, MA, Packaging, Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations
• Identifies and validates new product/business opportunities
• Liaise with key stakeholders including other subsidiaries, regional, global and management
• Manage the P&L, advertising and promotional budget

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years of experience within Marketing or Sales in FMCG/ Oral Care is preferable
• Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, strategic thinking and collaboration skills
• High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction
• Able to work on multiple projects at a time while delivering strong results
