Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance compliance framework on Type 1 and Type 2 regulated activities
• Conduct regular compliance review on company policies
• Ensure internal control procedures manuals are up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Handle inquiries and investigation from SFC and HKEx
• Perform transactions monitoring and AML measures
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Law related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in risk and compliance management, exposure in securities industry is a must
• Sound knowledge of Securities products, the relevant SFC ordinances and related regulations
• Hands on experience in close liaison with regulatory bodies such as SFC
• Experience in promoting compliance awareness and culture of the Company, developing training materials for compliance and AML issues is an advantage
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Access and Word)
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Head of Compliance
