Job Duties:

• Assist all projects including menu design and photo shooting
• Support all demonstration, technical service and exhibition
• Perform the product test
• Review & manage daily documentation
• Handling equipment maintenance
• Source & purchase food ingredients
• Menu & recipe translation
• Prepare the training materials
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science, Technology, Nutrition or related disciplines.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese & English and fluent in Mandarin
• Good computer skills & familiar with MS Office
• Good creativity, organization and analytical skills
• Good problem solving technique and full dedication to work
• Knowledge of photography in DSLR using
• Willing to travel occasionally
• With 1-2 relevant experience in food industry or catering especially bakery
