LOGISTICS OPERATION ASSISTANT

 

Responsibilities

-  Support the operation team and sales team on daily order processing and delivery arrangement

-  Prepare full set of import / outport documents

-  Prepare reports

-  Manage inventories

-  Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Chinese

-  Self-motivated, Reliable, Independent, Team work, Detail-minded and able to work under pressure

 

Requirements

-   1 year relevant working experience is an advantage

-   Fresh graduate applicant are also welcome

-   Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin

-   Responsible, well-organized, attention to details, self-motivated

-   Hardworking, resourceful, independent, problem-solver

-   Excellent service attitude with good interpersonal, communication and team skills

-   Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing

-   Immediate available is preferred
