Responsibilities:

• Monitor, coach and support the team to provide quality service to customers according to company standards.
• Supervise and manage shop daily operations – inventory control, cost control, visual merchandising to assure smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead the shop front-end staff and provide direction and effort to reach or exceed the shop targets
• Enforce and execute company policy and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years retail experience and at least 2 years' experience at supervisory level
• Have proven experience in handbag retail content should be an advantage
• Excellence sales technique and people oriented
• Confident, self-motivated, analytical and innovative
• Strong leadership skill and be a good trainer and people management techniques
• Presentable, multi-tasks, excellent communication and presentation skill
• Good computer knowledge
• Candidate with less experience will consider as Shop Supervisor
