Description:

• Handle daily accounting functions including handle OA system, invoicing and payment preparation
• Responsible for accounting entry input
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare management reports
• Work closely with internal users and follow up payable related matters and outstanding invoices with vendors
• Maintain vendor master file and reconcile vendor statements
• Participate in process review exercise
• Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

•  High School / Associate Degree in Accounting / Finance or relevant disciplines
•  Book-keeping work experience is preferred
•  Strong analytical, good interpersonal skills
•  Independent, initiative, innovative and love travels
•  Solid computer skills in MS Excel & accounting system
•  Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
