Responsibilities:

• Play an architect role in the enhancement of accounting systems to enhance the reporting efficiency
• Design financial master data structure to facilitate effective recording and extracting of business critical information
• Manage the ETL process and other systems data
• Review and implement proper internal procedures and controls to ensure that financial transactions, financial accounts and management reports can be developed efficiently
• Take the initiative to identify, lead and establish continuous improvement practices in systems and reporting efficiency
• Provide training and guidance to cross functional teams on master data processes and the impact of master data across the various functions
• Document and maintain the business data glossary
• Act as a bridge between top management, internal user and IT

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business, Finance/Accounting or MIS
• Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years financial/management reporting experience
• Familiar with the principles of accounting and internal control
• Knowledge in BI and ETL tools
• Experienced in implementation of ERP systems and other SQL applications
• Must be very detail and task orientated with analytical proficiency 
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
