Duties & Responsibilities

• Work individually or as part of a team to perform integrated audits in accordance with standards and expectations set forth in the Internal Audit Charter, Manual and Methodology.
• Test the operation and tweak the design of existing operation controls
• Maintain and cultivate a master inventory of our businesses policies, practices and processes
• Improve operation control by initiating improvements to auditing process
• Perform inquiries and testing as needed to identify and resolve vulnerabilities
• Develop new audit programs to ensure adequate financial controls
• Plan internal client meetings and oversee financial disclosures
• Make recommendations to financial management about software, policies and audit triggers
• Create and update internal audit plan

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in internal auditing
• CPA or CIA certification
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of gaming operation is a plus
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to learn industry standards
