Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to operations team and retail shops
• To perform clerical support including mail handling, data processing, filing, maintenance and report preparation
• Follow up orders and coordinate with all related logistic parties to ensure smooth operation
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required to meet retail operations and business needs

Requirements:

• University graduated in Business Administration or equivalent
• 2 years working experience is preferred
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Well organized,self-motivated, able to handle multi-task effectively and independently in a busy working environment and under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
