Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Operations managers to handle operations issues
- Monitor resources allocation including manpower planning for Fuelers, roster arrangements and overtime allocations
- Support documentation development, including processes, workflows and data requirements
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or Secondary School graduates with relevant work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to work under pressure and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly detail-oriented, Self-motivated, organized and independent
- Possession of valid Hong Kong driving license No. 1 and 2 is an advantage
- Fresh Graduate will be considered
